Studios Floreal - Nice

The room has a balcony and the location is great, with a main shopping street and shopping area just a short walk away.

A fair price. Excellent location for trains and buses. Only half an hour from Monaco, Monte Carlo, Cannes. The caretaker was very pleasant and helpful.

The studio apartment was different to the one advertised (lower standard..not as nice). Smelt of stale urine. Definately not cleaned before we arrived. Floor was grubby. Very basic.

Perfect strategical position. Walking distance from railway station, bus stop in front of the door, walking distance from airport bus stop. Positioned in street full of shops, supermarkets and services, 15 minutes walking distance from the sea and the promenade. Perfect quality/price balance

There is no reception. If there is a problem, you can call the owner or in the building there is a lady who takes care of the apartments that speaks only French. There were no body products in the bathroom (I had to buy them). No air conditioning and no heating. In summer time impossible to sleep with windows opened because of the very crowded and noisy street. Loud noises coming from the bathroom next door. The refrigerator is noisy.

The Staff here were so friendly and helpful, they really made our stay pleasant 😊. Our studio with a lovely balcony was just like the one we saw online and the bed was super comfy. Everything was just right!

I had a great time at this place! It's a lovely spot, and you can't beat the perfect location right near the beach. 🏖️

very nice appartment;well located in a secure building;well appointed for basic cooking ;our studio was located on the 4 th floor with a balcony which gave a great view of blvrd gambetta;it is located a 5minutes walk from the train station;highly recommended.

The room was tidy and perfect with a comfortable bed.

Location - amazing, Value for money - amazing, has everything you really need. We felt like at home due to the facilities. Will definitely go back.

Excellent location and value for money

There was no aircon in the room and being the peak of summer, a stand alone fan didn't keep the room cool enough.

The rooms were clean and included convenient amenities like an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Well situated building in central shopping street in Nice . Helpful staff, and nice and clean room. Tram stops just outside the door.

The rooms were ideal where has balcony, the staff were attentive.

We loved how well-organized our clean studio was and that it had everything we needed.

the accomodation was in a great location. it was right on the high street and felt quite safe, even if you were a solo traveller, there were still plenty of people aorund and the street was well lite up so it felt safe walking around at night.

the photos of the accomodation are slightly misleading. it was a lot smaller than what it appeared to be and not as modern as the photos suggest. As it was quite hot, we were suprised that not only was their no airconditioning but there was not even a fan in the room, this resulted in quite a stuffy room majority of the time. and we felt that for what we were paying, it did not give us value for money, as we were also expected to take out the rubbish bin on our departure date. The booking process was quite confusing as it appeared to have charged us the full amount when we booked, however when we had checked in we were informed that we still needed to pay, this resulted in us have a lot less money than we had planned for our trip.
